A highly valuable operator for OCWA, Robert brings
practical expertise to his role, particularly in overseeing
capital projects in the Essex area. His dedication saw
him support remote First Nation communities during the
COVID-19 pandemic, being away from home for long periods to ensure the communities had necessary water and
wastewater services. Robert is seen as an inspiring figure
amongst his OCWA colleagues.

William H. Brant
A veteran of the water and wastewater sectors for over 45 years,
Bill Brant has been an innovator for rural municipalities in southern
Manitoba. His groundbreaking work includes low-pressure sewers,
membrane treatment, and water system regionalization. Bill has won
numerous awards for his services, mentored numerous individuals
at WSP, and advocated for water engineering. He has also edited the
Western Canada Water Magazine for 28 years and served in leadership roles in several associations.

Patrick Keily
Patrick has devoted the past 12 years to shaping the future of the wastewater industry. His
