Anaergia Inc. has announced the appointment of Brett
Hodson as CEO, succeeding the Company’s founder and
Chairman, Dr. Andrew Benedek as CEO.
With a proven record of successfully leading growth
companies and driving shareholder value, Mr. Hodson brings a wealth of
relevant experience to his role at Anaergia. This experience spans a range
of businesses and sectors, including building, managing, and leading a
portfolio of water, wastewater, and energy infrastructure businesses.
“Brett’s appointment represents a pivotal moment for our Company
as we chart our path for our next phase of growth,” said Dr. Benedek. “I
am completely confident in handing over the senior leadership role in the

ZULIANA MAWANI
AECOM has announced the appointment of Zuliana
Mawani as vice president and operations manager for its
Water business in the Greater Toronto Area.
With over 20 years of water consulting experience,
Ms. Mawani brings a wealth of expertise to AECOM’s Water team. As a design
engineer focused on municipal wastewater treatment for most of her career,
she honed her skills in process evaluation, optimization and plant modeling,
as well as process and mechanical design.
“We’re excited to welcome Zuliana back to AECOM and look forward
to seeing her drive the Water business forward in the Greater Toronto
Area,” said Ian Dyck, senior vice president and Water business line
leader in AECOM’s Canada region. “Zuliana’s experience in leading teams

AMIR ABD EL HALIM
WSP Canada Inc. has welcomed Amir Abd El Halim as
the new Regional Leader for the Ontario and Atlantic
region.
With over 20 years in North American engineering
consulting, Mr. Abd El Halim has excelled in leadership roles, business
growth, and implementing change. Recently, he was the SVP of Operations at Englobe, after a 17-year stint at Stantec, where he ascended to
Vice-President and Regional Leader for Ontario.
“Amir brings a wealth of industry experience that will be invaluable for
leading our strategic direction in the Ontario and Atlantic markets,” said
